I implore you; check out this album. If you don’t like it I will personally call you and talk about my bout with childhood asthma for twenty-six minutes.
Check out her Virb page for a couple of tracks from the album.
The surreal deal.

Massive, ain’t it? We should really make that NYC trip for her.
I dropped a little post for you b!
Damn that’s refreshing. I believe I’ve found my next cd purchase.
I don’t care for the shape of my head.
Samba - I’m all about that NYC gig in July. We’ll take this discussion into real-time.
Neile - Do it, and if you’re not familiar with her work, you should also pick up her first album - Let it Die. And for that matter, if you haven’t heard Broken Social Scene, you should slap yourself and buy that too (especially the second, self-titled album). You’ll thank me one day.
Her first album is actually called “Monarchs Lay Down Your Jeweled Head”, which is actually really really good, especially for those Cat Power’s lovers. You’re right though Branden, “Let it die” and the self titled BSS are both dope!
Have you heard “You forgot it in people”? It’s a little slower than the self titled and equally good.
I haven’t spoken with Lynne yet, but I’d love to NYC Feist steel-oh.
Yo, we’re running posts about our favorite album covers (about 10), do you wanna get in this…
You’re right, and I should have known that.
The first BSS album was my favorite thing when it first came out, but I don’t think it holds a candle to the second album.
I also like chocolate.
