Wii were freezing

So, not only did I decide (or re-decide) to get a Wii at launch, but I decided to totally geek out and actually camp over night at Target to get my hands on the console. Mark was up for the adventure too, so luckily I had someone to share the experience with. The short version of the story is that the camping sucked and the system rocks. I slept on the sidewalk in a sleeping bag in 30 degree weather, and somehow I was still able to smile when I opened that box the next morning. In fact I’ve been smiling ever since, and that pretty much sums up why I love Nintendo.

love the two versions of Heather, by the way; the Standard Heather, and the Pregnant Action Heather.

Yeah, at nearly nine months pregnant, Heather doesn’t have a very positive body image. She insisted on having a pregnant Mii as well as her normal Mii. Unfortunately the resulting Mii just looks obese.

The best Mii yet is Luke’s. Heather and I stared at it for a while certain that he was trying to communicate with us.

    You cats are insane!!!

Apparently you had the sleeping bag and Mark only had that Madlib hoodie…
I guess the amount of facial hair comes in handy in Nintendo desperateness.

My last experience camping out was right outside of my door after a hip hop show 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Stella’s truly illing for Mark in the picture, huh?

Better Wii than PS3 man, I heard some crazy stories about humanity in these last few days.

yes, it’s true, Mii Luke is a masterpiece. we almost had to destroy it for fear of it gaining autonomy and getting it’s HAL 9000 on. it’s like when Emilio Esteves got pulled into that arcade machine.
also, we made some Mii’s of YMO, if you want to see them. Jeff Lynne is next.

Yeah, Mark chose to wear only a hoodie. I had thermal underwear, and two layers on top of that, plus the hat and gloves. I was still freezing, so I’m sure Mark was hating life.

And as for a Jeff Lynne Mii, come on man, you know I need that shiz.
